1. Aluminum Round Tube Design phase communication

Date: 7^nd Feb 2023

Received customer inquiry, customer needs aluminum round tube 2.75”OD, 2” ID, aluminum 6061.

Need 100’ LF, cut into 4.75” lengths or we can cut. We can customize and cut this extruded aluminum tube for customers, but we have a minimum order quantity of 500-1000 kg for 6061 grade. Customers readily accept and send drawings.

2. Preliminary CNC Machined Aluminum Parts Quotation

Date: 13nd Feb 2023

The customer’s drawing is not an ordinary aluminum tube,it is a CNC process aluminum tube.

After the quote, the customer was very satisfied with our price, and sent four more CNC drawings, and showed the mutual assembly relationship of these four CNC aluminum extrusions.

We evaluated the quotation within a short period of time, and the client had 3 other CNC Machined Aluminum Parts drawings, one of which was very difficult.

We have more than 40 CNC lathes and CNC centers in for custom aluminum fabrication, with very mature CNC technology, so we can still produce them according to customer drawings.

After integrating 7 types products prices, the customer placed an order for 500 sets of products directly .

3. CNC Aluminum Extrusion Sample Production

Date: 2rd March 2023

Even if the customer does not need a sample, we still decided to make a set of custom aluminum extrusion samples for customer, in case to avoid any problems.

The custom made aluminum parts samples were quickly produced, and also made CNC process according to client’s remand, such as aluminum CNC milling parts,CNC drilling parts,aluminum CNC turning parts.

We confirmed that the inconsistent finish was due to the fact that the large gear was milled and the small gear was lathed, so the surface was a bit different. But we will try to be consistent when it comes to large shipments.

The progress of the bulk shipment was very smooth. We also visited the customer in Richmond on the way, and saw the customer’s installation and usage scenarios with our own eyes.
