Design stage communication

On June 20, 2022, we received a custom aluminum extrusions inquiry from the UK, our sales first communicated with the client by phone, after the communication, we know that this client has been in the field of construction and decoration, and has its brand in the local.

Preliminary offer

Then the client sent us the custom aluminum extrusions pdf drawing, which is a kind of Architectural Aluminum extrusions.

Technical negotiation

During the meeting, we knew that the client did not have CAD and 3D drawings, we suggested that they could send samples to us, and we can design aluminum extrusion with drawn CAD when we receive the samples.

Considering the client needs powder coating aluminum extrusion , we also sent our powder coating sample list for them to choose from.

Proofing

Their samples were received on 12.7.2022, also the CAD drawings were designed and completed on 16.7.2022, with all assembly drawings indicated. The picture is below:

On 2022.7.20, we finished the mold and extrusion of some aluminum extrusion profiles samples and sent the samples to the client to confirm the color and assembly.

Bulk order stage

2022.8.1 client confirmed the sample, and we started the production of bulk order, the surface treatment is powder coating.

2022.9.26 client received their architectural aluminum extrusions.

The client said he was very satisfied with our aluminum extrusion design, and quickly discussed the offer for the next order.

Due to the fierce competition in the market, the client proposed to change the wall thickness to reduce the cost.

Wellste offered to modify the wall thickness without affecting the original assembly, and after a video conference with the client, they thought it feasible.

Then Wellste resharpened the wall thickness according to the modification, made a sample, and continued the production of the next order.
