We attach great importance to customer feedback and look for the cause of the problem. In our company, we use a CMM measuring instrument to inspect the tolerances before shipment, and they were within the specified range.

However, the customer’s instrument is more advanced and can detect even the slightest deviations. So the problem arises.

After discussions with our management team, we decided to explore other CNC cooperation manufacturers to see if they can provide more precise CNC machined aluminum parts.

Our procurement team reached out to 5 other CNC cooperation suppliers and produced a new free batch of samples for the customer.

After testing, the customer thinks that the CNC aluminum extrusion from one of the supplier is better. We choose this supplier.
