The annual factory review focused on practical evidence of how production and quality controls are maintained after the first order.

1. Production and inspection records

   The review covered production work records and quality inspection documentation, including inspection forms completed during the September 8 checks.

2. Equipment calibration records

   Equipment calibration records formed part of the documentation reviewed during the visit.

3. Employee training records

   The customer also reviewed employee training records as part of the factory’s ongoing operational controls.

4. The production process

   A walkthrough of the factory provided an opportunity to observe the production process and discuss it with the Wellste team.

5. Material status identification and storage

   The visit included a review of how materials are identified and placed according to their status, including materials in use, rework, scrap and quarantine.
