Wellste ha ricevuto una richiesta, il cliente ha bisogno tubo di alluminio estruso <\/a>6063-T5, OD 5\/8\u201d. Parete .050\u201d colore argento anodizzato.<\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 molto semplice\u00a0tubi in alluminio anodizzato<\/a>, il cliente necessita di 700 piedi, la quantit\u00e0 non \u00e8 elevata, ma Wellste pu\u00f2 supportare il basso volume di ordini iniziali per supportare l'attivit\u00e0 del cliente.<\/p>\n

Considerando il limite di lunghezza della consegna espressa, suggeriamo di effettuare il taglio per il cliente e di verificare che la lunghezza finale utilizzata dal cliente sia di 8,5 pollici.<\/p>\n

Wellste ha un grande centro stampi e immagazzina pi\u00f9 di 10.000 stampi esistenti, quindi abbiamo selezionato un modello simile tubo tondo in alluminio<\/a>\u00a0dimensioni per il cliente pari a OD 15,87 mm, WT 1,4 mm, e il cliente \u00e8 stato molto contento di risparmiare sui costi dello stampo e ha effettuato immediatamente un ordine.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo quindi visitato il sito ufficiale del cliente e abbiamo trovato i suoi prodotti come segue:<\/p>\n

Nella foto puoi vedere che\u00a0estrusione di alluminio tonda\u00a0<\/a>viene utilizzato in due posti, uno \u00e8 la tromba e l'altro \u00e8 la gamba della sedia per la tromba.<\/p>\n

In base alla nostra esperienza nel settore, le gambe della sedia sembrano sabbiate e anodizzate.<\/p>\n

Il cliente ha risposto che le gambe della sedia saranno realizzate in\u00a0tubo di alluminio estruso <\/a>forniti da noi.<\/p>\n

Ma non era sicuro che ci fosse un ulteriore processo di fabbricazione per la finitura, sapeva solo che aveva bisogno di una finitura satinata durevole, bella e impeccabile per il tubo in alluminio spazzolato.<\/a><\/p>\n

Il cliente ha ricevuto la merce ed \u00e8 molto soddisfatto.<\/p>\n

La superficie e il processo del tubo di alluminio<\/a> sono in linea con le esigenze del cliente e lo stampo esistente ha fatto risparmiare al cliente molti costi di stampaggio.<\/p>\n

Il cliente ha detto che ci sar\u00e0 un aumento tubi in alluminio strutturale<\/a>\u00a0ordini nel prossimo anno e Wellste diventer\u00e0 il suo fornitore preferito.<\/p>\n
