Sperano che i terminali possano essere come quelli sotto.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12204 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Aluminum-Telescoping-Pole.jpg\" alt=\"Asta telescopica in alluminio Wellste\" width=\"400\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ma i terminali che utilizziamo solitamente sono i seguenti.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12206 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/telescopic-pole-accessories.jpg\" alt=\"accessori per pali telescopici\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Campionamento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il cliente ha concordato e finalizzato le dimensioni e i dettagli per il campionamento, che sono i seguenti:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 palo telescopico twist lock 2 sezioni OD 22-25mm WT 0.8mm<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 26\u201d-36\u201d (660,4-914,4mm)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Tappo terminale rimovibile (foro centrale 11-12 mm)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Cinque set verdi e\/o cinque set blu<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Problemi riscontrati durante la produzione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Problema tubi cavi e pieni<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dopo che il cliente ha pagato, abbiamo scoperto un problema importante durante la definizione dei dettagli di questo ordine:<\/p>\n<p>sebbene il cliente non ci abbia informato dello scopo di questo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/it\/telescoping-aluminum-tubing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tubo telescopico in alluminio<\/a>, hanno detto che si dovrebbe scavare un foro al centro del tappo terminale per consentire il passaggio dell&#039;acqua, il che significa che il tubo deve essere cavo.<\/p>\n<p>Ma i nostri accessori per tubi telescopici con rotazione dei tubi sono solidi, come mostrato nella figura.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12205 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/hollow-telescopic-pole.jpg\" alt=\"palo telescopico cavo\" width=\"500\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per garantire che il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/it\/aluminum-round-tube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tubo di alluminio<\/a>\u00a0\u00e8 cavo, dobbiamo sostituire il tubo telescopico di rotazione del tubo con un tubo di rotazione esterna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/it\/telescopic-tube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tubo telescopico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo inviato i video dei due tubi al cliente come riferimento. (Rotazione del tubo: ruotare il tubo; rotazione esterna: ruotare l&#039;accessorio)<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe title=\"Montaggio e rotazione del tubo Asta Telescopica Twist | Bene\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SWs_SyLoKms?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Il cliente ha risposto che l&#039;acqua non &quot;scorre attraverso&quot; il componente, ma occasionalmente pu\u00f2 penetrare all&#039;interno e deve essere scaricata facilmente.<\/p>\n<p>Il foro sul tappo terminale pu\u00f2 essere facilmente collegato anche ad un altro componente (realizzato dal cliente).<\/p>\n<p>Per il cliente la forza di bloccaggio \u00e8 molto importante.<\/p>\n<p>Se una serratura \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 resistente di un&#039;altra, il cliente la sceglier\u00e0 senza fare confronti.<\/p>\n<p>Se la resistenza dei due blocchi \u00e8 uguale, il cliente desidera confrontare le differenze tra i due meccanismi di blocco (blocco di rotazione del tubo\/blocco di rotazione dell&#039;accessorio).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Problema della lunghezza dei tubi interni ed esterni<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il cliente ha una domanda su come prevenire l&#039;interiore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/it\/aluminum-round-tube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tubo di alluminio<\/a>\u00a0dal cadere nel tubo esterno. \u00c8 possibile realizzare una &quot;scanalatura&quot; sul tubo esterno per impedire al tubo interno di cadere, se necessario?
