<\/strong><strong>Wellste<\/strong><strong>\u00a0doblar <\/strong><strong>180\u00b0<\/strong><strong>\u00bfextrusi\u00f3n de aluminio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nueva investigaci\u00f3n tiene dos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/es\/curved-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doblado de piezas de extrusi\u00f3n de aluminio<\/a>, que est\u00e1n doblados por dentro y por Decidimos abrir dos juegos de troqueles de doblado y doblarlos a m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n<p>El costo de las herramientas para doblar m\u00e1quinas es US$600\/pieza, que es aceptado por el inspector encontr\u00f3 da\u00f1os y una superficie rugosa.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico fue que la tensi\u00f3n interna del producto cambi\u00f3 durante la flexi\u00f3n y el perfil ingeniero: el tiempo de extrusi\u00f3n y flexi\u00f3n es demasiado largo y el perfil se endurecer\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de haber estado en condiciones 6063-T4 durante mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>por lo que se sugiere extruir r\u00e1pidamente en condici\u00f3n 6063 T1.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de informar al cliente, aceptaron cambiar al 6063-T1.<\/p>\n<p><u>2022.4.12<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Wellste lo reextruye, el <a
