Sie k\u00f6nnen mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Funktionen wie Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung, Bohrungen und Schnitten individuell an die spezifischen Anforderungen Ihres Projekts angepasst werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kommunikation in der Entwurfsphase<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Im Februar 2022 erhielten wir eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/custom-aluminum-extrusions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kundenspezifische Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0Anfrage eines Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kunde ist ein LED-Beleuchtungshersteller auf der Suche nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/thin-wall-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00fcnnwandige Aluminiumextrusion<\/a>\u00a0mit einer Wandst\u00e4rke von 0,7 mm und pr\u00e4zisen Toleranzen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kunde kommt aus Deutschland, so dass wir gro\u00dfen Wert darauf legen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/aluminum-extrusion-profiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0Qualit\u00e4t und Vertr\u00e4glichkeit.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12916\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Thin-Wall-Aluminum-Extrusion-1.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00fcnnwandige Aluminiumextrusion\" width=\"800\" height=\"509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Thin-Wall-Aluminum-Extrusion-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Thin-Wall-Aluminum-Extrusion-1-768x489.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<strong>Technische Verhandlungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nach unserer technischen Bewertung k\u00f6nnen wir eine Wandst\u00e4rke von 0,7 +\/- 0,1 mm erreichen, jedoch nicht d\u00fcnner.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kunde muss dies zusammenbauen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/led-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LED-Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0mit einem anderen Teil, daher sind auch die wichtigen Ma\u00dfe von 14,1mm und 14,5mm entscheidend.<\/p>\n<p>In der Kundenzeichnung ist eine Toleranz von \u00b10,03mm angegeben.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kunde verlangt, dass diese beiden Teile mehrfach mit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Kraft montiert und demontiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Je d\u00fcnner der Querschnitt\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/led-corner-profile-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LED Eckprofil<\/a>\u00a0(0,7 mm;
