Kommunikation in der Entwurfsphase<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Im Februar 2022 erhielten wir eine kundenspezifische Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0Anfrage eines Kunden.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde ist ein LED-Beleuchtungshersteller auf der Suche nach d\u00fcnnwandige Aluminiumextrusion<\/a>\u00a0mit einer Wandst\u00e4rke von 0,7 mm und pr\u00e4zisen Toleranzen.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde kommt aus Deutschland, so dass wir gro\u00dfen Wert darauf legen, Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0Qualit\u00e4t und Vertr\u00e4glichkeit.<\/p>\n

\"D\u00fcnnwandige<\/p>\n

\u00a0Technische Verhandlungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nach unserer technischen Bewertung k\u00f6nnen wir eine Wandst\u00e4rke von 0,7 +\/- 0,1 mm erreichen, jedoch nicht d\u00fcnner.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde muss dies zusammenbauen\u00a0LED-Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0mit einem anderen Teil, daher sind auch die wichtigen Ma\u00dfe von 14,1mm und 14,5mm entscheidend.<\/p>\n

In der Kundenzeichnung ist eine Toleranz von \u00b10,03mm angegeben.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde verlangt, dass diese beiden Teile mehrfach mit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Kraft montiert und demontiert werden.<\/p>\n

Je d\u00fcnner der Querschnitt\u00a0LED Eckprofil<\/a>\u00a0(0,7 mm; 0,6 mm; 0,5 mm), desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist seine Flexibilit\u00e4t und desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist die Toleranz der \u00d6ffnungsweite.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde muss die Klemme mehrmals anbringen und entfernen, um verschiedene optische Ger\u00e4te und Diffusoren in der Leuchte auszutauschen.<\/p>\n

Der Kunde fragte: Ist die \u00d6ffnungsweite des LED-Extrusionsprofil<\/a>\u00a0Kann nach der Extrusion die gew\u00fcnschte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe durch weitere Prozesse wie Kaltumformung, wie Walzen oder Biegen, erreicht werden?<\/p>\n

Diese Verfahren k\u00f6nnten zwar den Toleranzbereich verringern, doch angesichts des j\u00e4hrlichen Bedarfs des Kunden von 200 Metern w\u00e4re ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Verarbeitungsschritt nach der Extrusion kostspielig und wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbar.<\/p>\n

Bei Kunden mit Montageanforderungen stellen wir in der Regel eine erfolgreiche Montage auf Basis von Standardtoleranzen sicher.<\/p>\n
