Gesamtl\u00e4nge 500 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Die linke Seite (7 mm Durchmesser) ist der Tr\u00e4gerabschnitt f\u00fcr den Sensor.<\/p>\n<p>Das Festteil wird mit dem Anschlussst\u00fcck im Teleskop mittels Gewinde M6 verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Gewinde M6, Gewindel\u00e4nge 10 mm, Lochdurchmesser fest.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen Ma\u00dfe sind variabel. Der Kunde hat einige Fragen zur Probe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem der Unsch\u00e4rfe von Laserbuchstaben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12271\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Telescoping-Steel-Tubing-with-scale.jpg\" alt=\"Teleskop-Stahlrohr mit Skala\" width=\"500\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unsere Antwort: Bei der Probenlasertechnik wird das Rohr manuell platziert.<\/p>\n<p>Daher kommt es w\u00e4hrend des Vorgangs zu Vibrationen und Positionsabweichungen.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere L\u00f6sung besteht darin, eine Vorrichtung zu \u00f6ffnen, um die Position des Werkst\u00fccks zu fixieren. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen diese Probleme vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem mit der Skalenposition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12252\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/0.jpg\" alt=\"Teleskopstange aus Stahl\" width=\"500\" height=\"108\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kundenvorschlag: Die Zollskala sollte in der N\u00e4he der Trennlinie liegen. Nicht unter der Trennlinie der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/telescoping-round-steel-tube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teleskop-Rundstahlrohre.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unsere Antwort: Wir werden diesen Punkt verbessern, da die falsche Kommunikation, dass alle Markierungen \u00fcber der Trennlinie liegen sollten, bei der Gro\u00dfbestellung verbessert wird.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gro\u00dfbestellungsphase<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Da eine erneute Pr\u00fcfung zu h\u00f6heren Kosten f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde, hat sich der Kunde dazu entschieden, direkt eine Gro\u00dfbestellung aufzugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Wir m\u00fcssen jedoch beim Aufnehmen einiger Fotos und Messungen w\u00e4hrend des gro\u00dfen Transports behilflich sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Bedienung unserer Kunden, deshalb haben wir ein weiteres Muster angefertigt und alle Detailfotos gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Bilder, die wir gerne h\u00e4tten (Beispielbilder)<\/p>\n<p>1.
