Dezember 2021 erhielten wir eine neue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/extruded-aluminium-profile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stranggepresstes Aluminiumprofil<\/a>\u00a0Anfrage eines langj\u00e4hrigen Kooperationskunden aus der mechanischen Automatisierungsbranche.<\/p>\n<p>Das Produkt ist ein neues Design, das beinhaltet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/curved-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gebogen<\/a>\u00a0Und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/cnc-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNC<\/a> Sie m\u00f6chten, dass Wellste dieses Produkt f\u00fcr sie herstellt, um ihr Installationssystem zu verbessern und so besser Marktanteile zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12182\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Aluminum-Track-automation-system.jpg\" alt=\"Aluminium-Schienen-Automatisierungssystem\" width=\"800\" height=\"396\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Aluminum-Track-automation-system.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Aluminum-Track-automation-system-768x380.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Technische Verhandlungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nach Erhalt der Zeichnungen haben unsere Ingenieure diese sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgewertet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kann <\/strong><strong>Wellste<\/strong><strong>\u00a0biegen <\/strong><strong>180\u00b0<\/strong><strong>Aluminium-Strangpressprofil?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die neue Untersuchung hat zwei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/curved-aluminum-extrusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biegen von Aluminium-Extrusionsteilen<\/a>, die innen und au\u00dfen um 180\u00b0 gebogen sind (siehe Abbildung 1),<\/p>\n<p>Die Anforderungen an die Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit sind sehr hoch, die Rauheit variiert in verschiedenen Bereichen, wobei die kleinste Rauheit 4 \u03bcm erreicht.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Custom-Aluminum-Fabrication.jpg\" alt=\"Kundenspezifische Aluminiumfertigung\" width=\"689\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die technischen Anforderungen waren schwierig, aber nach einer Diskussion mit dem technischen Team best\u00e4tigten wir schlie\u00dflich, dass wir einen Prototyp f\u00fcr den Kunden erstellen konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Am 5. Januar 2022 (nach Wiederaufnahme der Arbeit nach dem chinesischen Neujahrsfest) hielten Wellste und der Kunde eine Videokonferenz ab und die Ingenieure beider Seiten f\u00fchrten eine ausf\u00fchrliche Diskussion.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/custom-Aluminum-extrusion-supplier.jpg\" alt=\"Lieferant von kundenspezifischen Aluminiumextrusionen\" width=\"689\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Austausch technischer Fragen haben wir den folgenden Plan zum Produktionsstart best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probleme bei der Produktion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Wie stellt Wellste Aluminium-Strangpressprofile her?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Produktion <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>P<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Prozess: <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Herstellung von Extrusionsformen \u2013 Extrusion \u2013 Biegen \u2013 Bearbeiten \u2013 Hartoxidation \u2013 Lasergravur<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Produkt <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>ICH<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Informationen: <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Material: 6063-T4;<\/li>\n<li>Oberfl\u00e4che: nat\u00fcrliche harte Oxidation 50\u03bcm;<\/li>\n<li>Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit: 0,4\u00b5m\/0,8\u00b5m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>2022.1.8-2022.1.21.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Fertigstellung des Extrusionswerkzeugs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12179\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/aluminum-extrusion-die.jpg\" alt=\"Aluminium-Extrusionsd\u00fcse\" width=\"500\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wie l\u00e4sst sich Aluminium am besten biegen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Beim anschlie\u00dfenden Bearbeitungsprozess schlug das Streckbiegen jedoch fehl.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ingenieur analysierte den Grund: Die Querschnittsgr\u00f6\u00dfe des Profils war zu gro\u00df, um das herk\u00f6mmliche manuelle Streckbiegen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12185\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/bending-Aluminum-Extrusions.jpg\" alt=\"Biegen von Aluminium-Strangpressprofilen\" width=\"700\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>2022.2.13 <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Wir informierten den Kunden \u00fcber die Pr\u00fcfsituation und bewerteten sie erneut. Wir entschieden uns, zwei S\u00e4tze Biegewerkzeuge zu \u00f6ffnen und sie maschinell zu biegen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kosten f\u00fcr die maschinellen Biegewerkzeuge betragen 14.600 US-Dollar\/St\u00fcck und werden vom Kunden akzeptiert.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wie<\/strong><strong>es<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Wellste<\/strong><strong> Aluminium um 180 Grad biegen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><u>2022.2.28<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Nach der spezifischen Auswertung unseres Ingenieurs beendete das Biegewerkzeug die Biegung mit einem so gro\u00dfen Bogen.<\/p>\n<p><img target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biegen von Aluminiumextrusionen<\/a> Wenn der Teil fertig ist, folgt der Biegeeffekt des Produkts, n\u00e4mlich eine Biegung um 180 Grad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Curved-Aluminum-Extrusion.jpg\" alt=\"Gebogene Aluminium-Strangpressprofile\" width=\"422\" height=\"448\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>2022.3.20<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Nach der harten Oxidation wird das Ganze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/anodized-aluminum-profiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eloxierte Aluminiumprofile<\/a>\u00a0ist abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Eine L\u00f6sung zur Behebung der Oberfl\u00e4chensch\u00e4den.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bei der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle stellte unser Pr\u00fcfer Besch\u00e4digungen und eine raue Oberfl\u00e4che fest.<\/p>\n<p>Die technische Analyse ergab, dass sich beim Biegen die Eigenspannung des Produktes ver\u00e4nderte und das Profil besch\u00e4digt wurde.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12183\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Anodized-Aluminum-Profiles.jpg\" alt=\"Eloxierte Aluminiumprofile\" width=\"689\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Vorschlag unseres Ingenieurs: Die Extrusions- und Biegezeit ist zu lang und das Profil wird hart, wenn es l\u00e4ngere Zeit im 6063-T4-Zustand bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Daher wird empfohlen, im Zustand 6063 T1 schnell zu extrudieren.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der Kunde informiert worden war, stimmte er der \u00c4nderung auf 6063-T1 zu.<\/p>\n<p><u>2022.4.12<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Wellste Re-Extrusion es, die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellste.com\/de\/custom-aluminum-extrusions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kundenspezifische Aluminium-Strangpressprofile<\/a>\u00a0wird anschlie\u00dfend erneut gebogen
